Spanish Beach House

Refurbishment of a three-bedroom beach house on the Atlantic coast of Spain, built in the early 1990’s. Work comprised reconfiguring the layout, including adding two more bathrooms and a multifunctional mezzanine that operates as an office during the day and an overflow bedroom at night.
